As our Sales Manager for Business Area Industry, you will play an important part in our continued international growth and directly contribute to our continued success. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and business-oriented Sales Manager to support and manage our Industry business. The position is based in our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports directly to our Business Area Manager for Industry.

The ideal candidate for the role is dedicated, driven and is passionate about combining sales and networking. Your most important role is to identify new sales prospects through business development and to nurture the customer journey using the LumenRadio products and technology. It would also be meriting if you have previous experience of industrial application areas, automation industry and wireless technology products.

You will be part of a team that takes pride in its open-minded and collaborative culture. As an employee at LumenRadio you will also contribute to build a high performing company with a culture of accountability and trust whilst contributing to Wireless Without Worries.

The position is international and includes travel, currently with focus on Europe, but not excluding other parts of the world.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying sales prospects
  • Process both prospects and customers by booking meetings, calling, create, send, and follow up commercial offers and quotations
  • Lead follow-up
  • Visiting customers and trade show/exhibitions
  • Using CRM and ERP systems for best customer handling
  • Represent the company at various sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows or events to promote the company, as required
  • Co-operate with Marketing and Product/R&D teams about technology trends and potential activties

Qualifications

To make the story of LumenRadio successful we believe that you have a passion for customers and sales and that you appreciate the combination of operational and strategic work. For example, you will be involved in shaping the business development within the Business Area Industry.

In short, we think your background contains:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales
  • Technical higher education or equivalent education
  • Experience in face-to-face customer meetings
  • That you are comfortable in conducting promotional activities on an international arena
  • Track record in sales and closing deals
  • Proficient in written, oral, presentation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

In this position, we also believe that you will benefit if you have;

  • Experience from working in a tech organization and/or a global organization
  • Proficient business acumen
  • Having worked with technical sales or if you have worked as a customer-facing product manager, applications engineer or as a technical project manager
  • Experience from Industry / automation is an advantage
